Measuring Our Feet

During Math Workshop we have been measuring the length of objects using unconventional units.  The students have been able to use cubes to find the length of a certain object.  Last week we traced our footprints and measured the length using cubes.  We then compared our feet to our classmates using the terms longer than and shorter than.  It was a lot of fun!
