We Love to READ!!

The friends on Island 2 are enjoying learning all about the fun things there are to do!  Readers Workshop is a wonderful way to experience an interactive literacy block.  The students are able to listen to a rich text where they make predictions, talk about characters and recall main events.  During the exploration period of the workshop, the boys and girls are able to read books, do ABC puzzles and activities and practice making their letters!  We are having a blast seeing how much fun reading can be!!
